Parenie ritual
Parenie is the quintessential banya ritual: part-massage, part-unforgettable journey of sensations. Your banshchik will lead you to a private steam room, throwing water on the stove to achieve optimal humidity. Then they will take the supple, soaked veniks–bundles of oak, birch and eucalyptus leaves – using a rhythmic motion to drive aromatic steam onto your body. A wonderful restorative experience, great for the muscles, skin, metabolism and more.

Soap massage is a banya tradition dating back centuries. Performed either with a scrub mitten, using traditional tar or olive oil soap. The ultimate relaxing cleanse, it will leave your skin glowing and pristine.
