- Each member will be responsible for paying their membership fee in full and in advance by bank transfer.

- Each member will be responsible for paying any extra charges and fees not covered by the membership which they or their guests incur at The Bath House.

- Each member will be responsible for adhering to the rules set out here and in the General Terms and Conditions of The Bath House.

- WWe request that members book their visits and treatments at least 24 hours in advance. We may not be able to guarantee you entry or your preferred treatments if you have not made a booking at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.

- Your membership will run for 12 months unless cancelled by us.

- Your membership will begin on the latter of the day you pay your membership fee or the date of your first visit.

- We typically close The Bath House for maintenance in July or August for 2 weeks and will notify you in advance of our plans. Your membership period will include this period of closure so will effectively be for 50 weeks.

- In the event of a closure of The Bath House in excess of 2 weeks, we reserve the right to extend your membership to reflect that.

- If you have purchased the “Banya + Parenie Membership”, you are entitled to unlimited visits to the Public Banya with one classic parenie included on each visit. If you would like a different treatment, you may choose from a 30 min classic massage, soap massage, body wrap or body scrub. To ensure that we can offer a treatment other than classic parenie, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will always offer parenie but cannot guarantee other treatments unless booked 24 hours in advance. Any additional treatments, food or drinks or other services not included in the membership need to be paid for separately on the day of your visit.

- If you have purchased the “Social Membership” you are entitled to unlimited visits to the public banya with a friend. Any treatments, food or drinks or other services need to be paid for separately on the day of your visit by you or your guest (s). Your membership is non-transferable, so if you are not present with your guest (s), they will be charged the full price of their visit.

- For both the Banya + Parenie Membership and the Social Membership you are entitled to visit on any mixed day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) or on the appropriate single sex day (Tuesday for men and Thursday for ladies).

- For both the Banya + Parenie Membership and the Social Membership you are entitled a 3 hour stay from the start of your booking. Subject to availability and permission from the management you may stay longer than your allotted time, but we reserve the right to charge an additional £37.50 per head per hour for each additional hour that you stay beyond your allotted time.

- If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £75 per person for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or for no shows. This fee must be paid before your next visit to The Bath House.

- Your membership fee must be paid in full and in advance by bank transfer to the bank account of Vapour Baths Ltd.

- We reserve the right to add a fee of up to 5% in the event of payment by credit card.

- Your membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- While you are at the Bath House, we expect you to behave appropriately, respectfully and politely at all times. We may prevent you from entering the banya or ask you to leave if we deem your behaviour inappropriate.

- We will not tolerate our staff or other guests being verbally abused, intimidated or physically threatened. If we find this to be the case, we reserve the right to report you to the police, to ban you immediately and permanently from The Bath House and to cancel your membership.
